What primary services do you offer?

We prepare estate plans that include wills, living trusts, financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney and living wills.  We also file for guardianship and/or conservatorships as well as handle probate matters for those who have passed with or without a will.

How long have you been handling these types of cases?

We have been handling these cases for over 35 years.

What are the rates of your services?

Most of our services are handled on a flat fee basis.  Those fees vary depending on the services being requested.

Do you charge for an initial consultation?

We offer both telephonic consultations and in-person consultations.  All initial telephonic consultations are complimentary for 30 minutes.  All in-person initial consultations are $150.

How soon can I get started?

Telephone consultations can often be scheduled the same day.  In-person consultations can be scheduled within 24 hours if necessary.
