Mr. Lyman has been handling estate planning and elder law matters for over 35 years. 

Originally licensed in the state of Kansas, he moved to Indiana where he managed an estate planning practice for 27 years.  Upon moving to Arizona in 2006, Mr. Lyman worked for estate planning law firms in downtown Phoenix, opting to open his private practice in 2015 in north Phoenix.  

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Lyman has authored two books, Teach Yourself Estate Planning in 24 Hours and the Strategy of Long Term Care.

He has also been a regular speaker at various continuing legal education programs on such topics as estate planning and long-term care planning.

Mr. Lyman graduated from Washburn Law School in Topeka, Kansas and was a Certified Financial Planner.
